Venus Brown and Timbaland will be joining the global charity campaign “ON THE WAY”, organized by Fandom Korea.
“ON THE WAY” charity campaign is a global project aimed to comfort many people who have been struggling from the COVID-19 pandemic. More than 10 top global artists from the United States, Europe, South Korea, etc. are expected to participate, and most of the proceeds will be donated to global charities.
Venus Brown was the first “big-name” to join this campaign. He is a Grammy Award-winner, and the CEO and executive producer of will.i.am’s label ‘Buddah Brown Entertainment’.
Following the partaking of Venus brown, Timbaland announced to be participating as the music director. Timbaland is an American record producer, songwriter, musician, and rapper, who produced Aaliyah’s “Try Again”, which has reached No. 1 of Billboard Hot 100. Since 2002, he has collaborated on producing most of Justin Timberlake’s solo albums starting with “Cry Me a River”, a hit song from Justin Timberlake’s first album.
According to an official from Fandom Korea, the donation culture of non-profit organizations calls for change, and this opportunity will be used as the momentum to overcome regional limitations.
